  1. Remove PostureFit Hard Pad: Remove PostureFit pad from the chair.
  2. Detach Hard Plastic Pad: Remove the hard plastic pad from the Y-wishbone, may require a bit of force.
  3. Attach New Pad: Simply 'click' the new pad into the Y-wishbone and reattach to the chair.
