Return Policy

Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your item.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
• For new chairs, returns are not accepted if the chair has been assembled.

Return Process

1. Contact us with your order number and reason for return.
2. Once approved, we’ll send you a return label and clear return instructions.
3. Please package the item securely to prevent damage during transit.

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.
• For returns due to change of mind or personal preference, the customer covers return shipping.
• For returns due to defects or our error, HM Chairs covers return shipping (UK only).

International Orders are not eligible for returns unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
