Order Preparation & Dispatch

• Refurbished Chairs: Typically prepared and dispatched within 3-5 working days. During busy periods, this may extend to 7-10 working days.
• Parts & Accessories: Dispatched within 1-2 working days.

Shipping & Delivery

• We offer free shipping on all nationwide orders across the UK.
• Furniture is shipped via next-day delivery services, and you will receive tracking details by email to monitor your order.
• Delivery times may vary depending on location and external factors such as weather or courier delays.
  

In-Store Pickup

Pickup is available at our London location by appointment. Please contact us to schedule a convenient time.

International Shipping

We ship to most European countries and are happy to accommodate other international destinations upon request. If your country is not listed or you require a custom shipping quote, please get in touch with us. 

Shipping costs, including customs and duties, will be displayed at checkout. Most international orders are delivered within 3-11 business days, though delays due to customs processing may occasionally occur.
