Refurbished Chairs: Typically prepared and dispatched within 3-5 working days, though busy periods may extend this to 7-10 working days.
Parts & Accessories: Dispatched within 1-2 working days.

Shipping & Delivery

All furniture is shipped via next-day delivery services. You’ll receive tracking details via email to monitor your order's progress.
Delivery times may vary depending on location and external factors like weather or courier delays.
Free nationwide shipping for orders over £50. Shipping costs for other orders are calculated at checkout.

In-Store Pickup
Pickup is available at our London location by appointment. Contact us to schedule a convenient time.

International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to select European countries. If your country is not listed, contact us for a custom shipping quote. Shipping costs, including customs and duties, are displayed at checkout. Most orders are delivered within 3-11 business days. Delays due to customs processing may occasionally occur.
