Dispatch

  • Parts and accessories: dispatched within 1–2 working days.
  • Refurbished chairs: prepared and dispatched within 3–5 working days.

UK delivery

  • Delivery is free to mainland UK addresses.
  • Parts and accessories usually arrive within 3–5 working days of your order.
  • Chairs usually arrive within 5–7 working days of your order.
  • Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man may take longer, and a delivery charge may apply to chairs; any charge is shown at checkout.
  • We use couriers including DPD, Parcelforce, UPS, DHL, FedEx, Evri and Royal Mail. You'll receive tracking details by email once your order is dispatched.
  • Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by courier delays or bad weather.

Collection

  • Collection from our London location is available by appointment. Please contact us to arrange a time.

International delivery

  • We ship to most European countries and to other destinations on request. Rates are shown at checkout; if your country isn't listed, contact us for a quote.
  • Most international orders arrive within 5–11 business days, although customs checks can add time.
  • International prices do not include import duties, taxes or customs fees. These are charged by your country's customs authority, are the buyer's responsibility and are collected on delivery.
