Steps to Fix Loose Arms:

1. Remove the Chair’s Back:
   - Locate and unscrew the four screws at the back of the chair. Set the back aside.

2. Adjust the Swing Arm:
   - Unlock the flip knob and push the swing arm toward the arm yoke. Apply pressure or get assistance.

3. Install the E-Clip:
   - While applying pressure, use a flathead screwdriver to create a gap and insert the e-clip. Try different sizes depending on the looseness.
