12-Month Warranty on Refurbished Chairs

We are committed to the quality and reliability of our refurbished chairs. That’s why we offer a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery on all refurbished furniture and components. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects or faulty workmanship under normal use.

What’s Covered:

  • Structural faults in frames, bases, or mechanical components
  • Malfunctions in tilt or height adjustment mechanisms
  • Failures of refurbished parts during regular usage

What’s Not Covered:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or abuse
  • Modifications or repairs not authorised by us
  • General wear and tear (e.g., fabric fading, cosmetic marks)

Shipping for Warranty Claims:

  • Within 14 days of delivery: We cover all shipping costs for valid claims.
  • After 14 days: You cover return shipping to us, and we’ll cover the shipping for any repaired or replacement item back to you.

To start a claim, simply contact our team with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos or a short video (if available)
