At HM Chairs, every product undergoes meticulous quality checks before shipping, whether it’s a refurbished chair or individual replacement parts. If you encounter any issues with your order, such as damage or defects, please contact our team promptly.

Order Preparation & Dispatch
  • Refurbished Chairs: Typically prepared and dispatched within 3-5 working days. During busy periods, this may extend to 7-10 working days.
  • Parts & Accessories: Dispatched within 1-2 working days.
Shipping & Delivery
  • We offer free shipping on all mainland UK orders. Please note: an additional charge may apply for deliveries to Northern Ireland and the UK’s offshore islands.
  • Furniture is shipped via next-day delivery services, and you will receive tracking details by email to monitor your order.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on location and external factors such as weather or courier delays.
In-Store Pickup

Pickup is available at our London location by appointment. Please contact us to schedule a convenient time.

International Shipping

We ship to most European countries and can accommodate other international destinations upon request. If your country is not listed or you require a custom shipping quote, please contact us.

Please note: International shipping rates do not include customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are determined by your country’s customs authority. We have no control over these fees and cannot estimate them in advance.

Most international orders are delivered within 5–11 business days, though delays due to customs processing may occur. Returns are not accepted for international orders unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
