Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

• All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

• Standard Shipping (UK): 2-4 business days - £3.95
• Express Shipping (UK): 1-3 business days - £7.95
• Free Shipping: On orders over £50 (Standard Shipping)

Order Tracking:

• You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

In-Store Pickup:

• You can pick up your order in person from our London location. Please call 07396701570 to schedule a pickup appointment.

Shipping Restrictions:

• We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses.

International Shipping:

• Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

Return Policy

Returns:

• You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Return Process:

• Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your item.

Refunds:

• Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Exchanges:

Non-Returnable Items:

• Gift cards
• Used or damaged items (unless they arrived defective or damaged)

Return Shipping:

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
